As a qualified person for hydraulic hose assemblies, you or an employee in your company assumes responsibility for ensuring that hose assemblies and their associated fittings are in perfect working order. After training at the LTS Academy, you can inspect the relevant systems yourself in the future, saving considerable additional time and costs. Furthermore, burst hydraulic hoses, for example, pose a significant accident risk. Whether regular hose assembly inspections are neglected, necessary replacements are omitted, or repairs are carried out improperly – as a qualified person for hydraulic hose assemblies, you should identify such deficiencies to meet all the requirements stipulated in DGUV Regulation 113-020 (formerly DGUV Regulation 113-015) of the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV) in your company.
Requirements:
In order to be able to carry out the necessary UVV inspection of hydraulic hose assemblies as a competent person, you need a completed technical vocational training or other technical qualification that enables you to inspect and assess the work equipment, as well as demonstrable practical experience with the work equipment (TRBS1203).

Thanks to e-learning, up to three UVV modules (examiner qualifications) can be easily completed on the day of the course.
Even before the actual course day, you will prepare yourself using e-learning modules to learn the most important fundamentals of the respective subject area and be introduced to the relevant regulations that you, as a qualified person, must observe. Thanks to our blended learning concept, you will be optimally prepared for the various topics on the day of the course and can effectively use the in-person time to delve into up to two additional topics or work equipment, in addition to the testing of hydraulic hose assemblies.
