Instructors for construction machinery will be trained in three days
As a construction machinery instructor, you are qualified to train and further educate operators of construction machinery both within your own company and externally, as well as to administer the corresponding examinations. You will also be responsible for conducting the annual safety training for construction machinery. You will acquire the necessary qualifications at the LTS Academy in a three-day course based on DGUV Principle 301-005.
Construction machinery, also known as construction equipment, refers to stationary, semi-mobile, or fully mobile machines used for processing building materials and transporting construction supplies, e.g.:
Earthmoving equipment
Suction dredger
Drilling and diaphragm wall equipment
Machines for transporting and processing concrete and mortar
Piling and pulling equipment
Equipment used in road construction
Sewer and pipeline construction equipment.
These versatile, motorized machines are used in both the main and ancillary construction trades, for example in mining, agriculture, landfill operations, and many other industrial sectors. The employer must always ensure that they are operated exclusively by suitable, trained, and adult personnel with proof of competence.

Who is eligible to become an instructor for construction machinery in the LTS training course?
To complete the course at our academy and become a construction machinery instructor, you must be at least 18 years old, possess extensive knowledge in this field, and be familiar with the operating manuals of the construction machinery used. Furthermore, you need at least two years of practical experience as a construction machinery operator – since January 2022, prior completion of operator training for construction machinery is also required.
With this course content, we pave the way for your success as a construction machinery instructor.
In unserem anerkannten dreitägigen Lehrgang setzen wir auf eine bewährte Kombination aus Praxis und Theorie, damit Sie als Ausbilder für Baumaschinen die Qualifizierung neuer Bediener gemäß DGUV Grundsatz 301-005 optimal umsetzen können. Der Lehrgang besteht aus einer Selbstlernphase, einem Live-Online Seminar sowie einem Präsenztag mit Praxisunterricht, Lehrprobe und Prüfung. Dieser kann sowohl in unseren Räumlichkeiten nahe Dortmund oder inhouse an Ihrem Standort stattfinden.
Inhalt:

eigenständige und rechtssichere Umsetzung der theoretischen und praktischen Ausbildung nach den Regeln der DGUV

Methodik und Didaktik: Verständliche Aufbereitung und praxisbezogene Vermittlung der Lerninhalte, Prüfung und Dokumentation der Lernerfolge

Erstellung von Lehrplänen und Durchführung der praktischen Prüfung
Um hierbei besonders auf einzelne Teilnehmer eingehen zu können, schulen wir pro Seminar maximal 4 Teilnehmer gleichzeitig.
Prüfung:
Der Prüfling hat sein Wissen schriftlich, praktisch sowie mündlich wiederzugeben.
Der mündliche Abschnitt wird durch eine Lehrprobe nachgewiesen, welche der Prüfling während des Lehrgangs vorzubereiten hat.
Voraussetzung der Teilnahme:

nachweisbare Kenntnisse in Theorie und Praxis auf dem Gebiet der betreffenden Baumaschinen

erfolgreiche Qualifizierung als Fahrer/in von Baumaschinen->
-> mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung als Fahrer von Baumaschinen

Alternativ muss eine Ausbildereignungsprüfung oder eine vergleichbare Eignung vorliegen

mind. Sprachniveau C1
Ablauf / Dauer: 3 Tage
Tag 1 : Selbstlernphase
Tag 2 : Unterricht Theorie (Live-Online Seminar; 8:30 - ca. 15 Uhr) + Vorbereitung der Hausaufgabe (15-minütiger Kurzunterricht)
Tag 3 : Unterricht Praxis, Lehrprobe, theoretische/praktische Prüfung
