Ausbilder für Kranführer dürfen nur von qualifizierten Schulungsträgern oder Fachtrainern unterwiesen werden, die selbst über umfassende praktische Erfahrung mit Kranen verfügen. Die Schulung muss den Vorgaben des DGUV Grundsatzes 309-003 entsprechen und sowohl fachliche als auch didaktische Inhalte abdecken. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass angehende Ausbilder später rechtssicher ausbilden, Prüfungen abnehmen und Unterweisungen durchführen können.

Basically, after completing the crane operator training course, you are allowed to train people on all types of cranes for which you meet the requirements, i.e., for which you yourself have a crane operator's license and at least two years of experience handling it.Tower cranes are an exception to this!

Our training concept, consisting of a preliminary self-study phase, a live online seminar covering the theoretical foundations, an introduction to effective presentation techniques and methodology & didactics, and a practical day, enables you to complete your training as a crane operator instructor in the shortest possible time without compromising quality. There is always some time between the individual phases to ensure you don't become overwhelmed.Furthermore, we always work in small groups with a maximum of 4 participants per practical day, or directly in one-on-one mentoring. You also won't find any traditional lectures with us. We place great importance on modeling practical and modern teaching methods for our participants.This is the only way to convey even more learning content in 3 days than in group training courses lasting 5 days, because here the participant doesn't have to share the training time with others (keyword: training time per participant). Our training course, therefore, is legally compliant even with only 3 days of training time and is recognized by all relevant bodies.

The certificate for crane operator instructors is generally valid indefinitely.However, we recommend that all trainers regularly (approximately every 3 years ) participate in further training to ensure that they are always up to date and can fulfill their examination tasks in a legally compliant manner .The training serves as an exchange of experience, questions and problems brought along can be discussed, and innovations concerning laws, regulations and directives are discussed.Our training courses take place as live online seminars using state-of-the-art technology, so you can conveniently participate from anywhere.

As a crane instructor, you are also authorized to conduct the annual training for crane operators . According to DGUV 1 §4, this training must take place at least once a year .The safety briefing includes part of the prior theoretical training, e.g. legal basics (employers' liability insurance associations, DGUV etc.), accident hazards & legal consequences, qualification & duties of the crane operator as well as all company-related hazards and information.It is important that the employer commissions you in writing beforehand to carry out the annual safety training for cranes .Alternatively, you can also use our e-learning course for " Annual Crane Training ".Here you can choose from various thematic focuses according to the needs of your participants.

No, the instructor training course cannot be conducted as a purely online course. Offers that promise otherwise are highly dubious and should be avoided at all costs.As an instructor for crane operators, one progresses in the learning taxonomy from mere operation to comprehensive mastery of the subject matter – from user to instructor. This requires not only sound knowledge but also intensive training by experienced and qualified instructors .In our courses, we place great emphasis on practical knowledge transfer. In addition to legal and organizational fundamentals , methodological and didactic skills are practiced intensively in live situations . If you have learned how to operate cranes safely at your company but have never attended a recognized operator training course, you can provide proof of your qualification by submitting a certificate of experience signed by your supervisor. We will gladly provide you with the necessary form.It is important that you already have comprehensive knowledge in the field of the respective cranes and are familiar with the operating instructions of the cranes used.

Um Ausbilder von Kranführern zu werden, ist ein Mindestalter von 18 Jahren erforderlich sowie eine erfolgreich absolvierte Ausbildung zum Kranführer. Zusätzlich müssen mindestens zwei Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kranen nachgewiesen werden. Darüber hinaus ist die erfolgreiche Teilnahme an einer anerkannten Ausbilderqualifikation notwendig, in der rechtliche Grundlagen, Methodik, Didaktik sowie praktische Lehr- und Prüfungskompetenzen vermittelt werden.
